- A practice whose counts, measures and lists contain only real work.
- No effect on any real client, session or delivery.
Common problems
- You are not sure whether a record is a sample
- A sample is labelled wherever it appears, in the list and on its own screens. Nothing else in the product is fictional.
- The sample records are missing from the dashboard counts
- Deliberate. The projection excludes them, and it says so rather than leaving you to wonder why the numbers do not add up.
