Short answers to the things a first-time practitioner has to ask. The help guides go through each screen in more detail.
Does the AI calculate my client’s chart?
No. A deterministic engine calculates the chart and stores the result as evidence facts with stable identifiers. The language model is given those facts and writes text grounded in them. A draft cites the evidence it was built from, and it cannot invent a placement that is not in the evidence.
Can something reach my client without me seeing it?
No. A summary can only be delivered after you approve the exact version that will be sent, and the API enforces that rather than relying on the screen to. A client link serves the approved version or nothing.
What are the sample records, and are they my data?
They are fictional records created so you can see the workflow before you have a client. They are labelled wherever they appear, they are excluded from your dashboard counts, and removing them changes nothing about your real work. They never consume an allowance and they can never be delivered.
Why does a number say it is unavailable instead of showing zero?
Because “we have no data” and “the value is zero” are different facts, and only one of them is true. A measure with too few cases is withheld rather than estimated. If a section could not be loaded at all, it says that instead, and offers a retry — it never renders a failure as a zero.
Is numerology part of this?
It is a separate methodology area, decided separately from the birth chart, and it is off until your practice records a policy for it. A reading is refused with METHODOLOGY_CONFIGURATION_REQUIRED rather than calculated from an unstated default. A name is an optional record with its own consent; without one, the date-derived numbers are calculated and the name-derived numbers refuse.
I typed a time zone and it was refused. Why?
A place is chosen, not a zone, because a zone abbreviation such as “EDT” cannot be converted reliably and the difference is real minutes in a real chart. Pick the birth place from the search and the zone follows from it.
Where is my data, and can I get it out?
Your data screen exports everything your practice holds and asks for its deletion. Row-level security scopes every query to one practice, birth data and private notes are encrypted before storage, and your private notes are never included in anything a client can reach.
Something looks wrong on a screen. What should I send you?
The request id shown with a failed section, the screen you were on, and what you expected. It contains no client data, so it is safe to send. If a section failed, the failure is shown explicitly rather than as an empty result.
