Methodology
Set the chart settings and house style every calculation and every draft is produced under.
Before you start
- A practice. You must be able to change the practice’s settings.
What you provide
- The house system every chart is calculated with.
- Your practice voice, and the content templates a draft starts from.
- Your calendar, if you keep one here.
What you can do
- Change the house system. Every run and session records the system it used, so an older chart keeps the system it was calculated with.
- Edit the practice voice and the templates used for drafting.
- Read what this practice has learned — the memory the product keeps from your own approvals and edits.
What you get
- A stored setting that new calculations cite. Changing it does not silently rewrite a chart that already exists.
- Templates and a voice that shape new drafts without overriding your review.
Common problems
- An unimplemented house system is refused
- The engine’s own list is the vocabulary. A system the engine cannot calculate is refused by name rather than quietly downgraded to one it can.
- An old chart still shows the previous house system
- Correct, and deliberate. A run records the system it used; a later change applies to later work. Recalculate if you want the new system applied to that client.
