Billing
See the plan you are on, what you have used, and what happens at renewal.
Before you start
- A role in the practice that may view billing.
What you provide
- Nothing to read it. Changing the plan or cancelling happens through the payment provider.
What you can do
- Read the plan, the usage against its limits, and the renewal date.
- Open the cancellation screen if you want to stop the subscription.
What you get
- A plain statement of what you are entitled to and how much of it you have used.
- A recorded cancellation rather than a silent one.
Common problems
- Your plan shows a limit you did not expect
- Entitlement limits are enforced by the API, not by the screen. Usage is counted from the rows that hold it; the plan screen shows the same figures the API enforces.
